Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Every order ships fully insured with signature on delivery. Within the United States, Canada and Europe, allow three business days from dispatch. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched in two to four weeks; we will confirm a date before you commit.
Lost or damaged parcels
We cover lost-in-transit insurance in full. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace the piece or refund you — your choice.
Exchanges
Unworn pieces in their original condition may be exchanged within seven days of delivery. Because gold is priced by the day, exchanges are valued at the original purchase price. Made-to-order and ceremonial sets are final sale unless faulty.
Private appointments
For ceremonial commissions and high-value pieces we welcome private appointments. We will discuss sizing, timeline, gold weight and design before anything is made.
Buying your gold
We buy 21K and 22K gold at the day's rate. Send us photos and weights and we will quote the same day.
